  1. Radar System Theory
  2. Specialized Theory and Practice applicable to proper installation, servicing, and maintenance of Radar Equipment including magnetrons and klystrons

• FCC 50-question exam on Element 8

• A comprehensive study of FCC GMDSS Radio Maintainer Element 9 Contents, Including the following subjects:
  1. MF/HF/VHF Transceiver Systems, Operation, and Troubleshooting
  2. INMARSAT, COSPAS-SARSAT, and GPS Satellite Systems
  3. Antennas, Power Sources, Test Instruments, Computers, and Networks
